What Is It?
We
create our lives with our thoughts and beliefs: but it is our subconscious
beliefs and thoughts which establish the limits of what we can achieve. Our
core subconscious beliefs (mostly learned as children) function like
a computer programme for running our lives, our thoughts, our behaviour
and our health. At times they are in direct conflict with our conscious
goals, hopes and wishes, and generate stress, distress and dis-ease.
PSYCH-K® is a mind-body-spirit process for developing and installing new
and positive thoughts and beliefs into the subconscious mind, so as
to create your life the way you would like it to be. It enables
you to let go of limiting negative thoughts, outdated beliefs and sabotaging
behaviour, so you can live more freely, easily and healthily with positive
life-enhancing thoughts, beliefs and actions.
How Does It
Work?
PSYCH-K® is a non-invasive, interactive process of change. It is
quick and effective, and simple to do. The technique is a unique
blend of contemporary and ancient tools for change, deriving from
recent scientific research as well as ancient mind-body wisdom. The
result is a ground breaking approach to facilitating change at the
subconscious level with powerful results, compared to other methods. PSYCH-K®
is ideal for creating the thoughts, behaviour, and life you desire,
and is especially effective in the areas of behavioural and habit
change, wellness and stress reduction. Use PSYCH-K® for letting go
of fear and stress, grief and pain, for improving health and wellness,
self esteem and personal power, for developing spirituality, as well
as for manifesting great relationships, business and sporting success.
Anything may become possible.

What Happens During
Treatment?
PSYCH-K® is an interactive "do-with" process (rather than
a treatment) where the client and practitioner work together. The
client is responsible for doing their own change work, and the practitioner
acts as an advisor and facilitator. Sessions would typically last
an hour, usually beginning with a discussion of personal or health
issues, problems or goals for which the client would like to create
change. Once these are clarified, the "Balance" process
gets underway, using muscle testing and verbal statements, with whole
brain postures, belief points or other techniques which create a
receptive whole brained state. This allows positive life enhancing
thoughts to be installed directly into the subconscious mind. Each
Balance takes just a few minutes and only needs to be done once.
An important part of the procedure is gaining permission and commitment
each step of the way, to ensure that all work is done in the highest
and best good of the client.

What Is it Used
For?
PSYCH-K® is especially effective in the areas of behavioural and
habit change, wellness and stress reduction, but can be helpful with
healing in any situation, whether physical, mental or emotional.
The physical symptoms of stress, chronic poor health, pain, allergies
or headaches, may also bring a useful message or life lesson which
can be discovered using PSYCH-K® processes, before balancing for
change. PSYCH-K® can be used alongside many other modalities such
as counselling, physiotherapy, nursing, or coaching.
Side Effects and Cautions
Mind-body processes such as PSYCH-K® are complementary to, and not
a replacement for medical supervision, treatment or advice. All medical
treatment and decisions should be made with a medical practitioner.
Facilitators make no guarantees as to the outcome of work with PSYCH-K®.

Since first learning PSYCH-K® in 2006
my own health and belief processes have been transformed. Now I also
enjoy working with others facilitating PSYCH-K and co-ordinating
a practice group. Everything keeps on getting better and better.
